Why 1:1 Swim Lessons?
Four year-old mastering freestyle through focused stroke refinement
At Lori’s Swim House, Coach Lori believes every child deserves individualized attention when learning the life-saving skill of swimming.
Group lessons often divide a teacher’s attention across multiple children—limiting progress and missing the unique needs of each swimmer. Parents often tell me that in just one private lesson their child makes more progress than weeks in a group lesson, saving both time and money.
One-on-one instruction changes everything. I am personally invested in your child’s growth, providing:
Water safety skills
Stroke development
Customized swim drills
A safe and supportive environment
All while having fun and building a lifelong love of the water!
Your child, ages 2-5, will learn to blow bubbles, open their eyes underwater, float, glide and push off the wall, and begin to swim. I teach and refine freestyle stroke anywhere from age 3-5, depending on the ability and readiness of the child.
Beginning at age five, I teach children all four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Through drills and consistent feedback, students build endurance and learn the proper stroke techniques to prepare them for competitive swim teams.
My schedule is intentionally limited and family-focused. I work with a small number of swimmers each week so I can truly get to know your child, offer custom scheduling, and provide exceptional, personalized instruction.
